A partnership with the City of Ithaca, NY, Asteri is a 12-story mixed-use development in Ithaca’s urban core. It provides 181 affordable units, 40 of which are dedicated to populations at risk of homelessness as well as—through Bring It Home’s partnership—on-site supportive services. Also integrated into the footprint: a 55,000 square foot conference center and 350 refurbished parking spots.

BIH Impact:

The City of Ithaca has granted $100,000 to Bring It Home to employ a Move-in Specialist and to provide additional funds for move-in supplies for residents. This is a new, county-wide position, intended to assist residents of multiple permanent supportive housing developments in Ithaca and surrounding communities.
