  • Grant Allred - Executive Director

    Grant has put his double major (Real Estate & Entrepreneurship/Innovation) from Baylor to use. Beginning as an Analyst/Portfolio Manager for Regions Bank, he quickly moved to development as an Analyst for both Rainier and MCR Investors in Texas. After relocating to NW Arkansas as an investment manager for a family office, Grant leaned into his experience to start his own development firm. Guided by a moral compass, his daily goal as Bring It Home Executive Director is to deliver accessible housing for families in NW Arkansas and positive growth throughout the community.

  • George P. Tracy - President

    Professionally, George brings leadership as a multinational management and consulting executive with strong strategic and tactical planning skills. His ‘roll-up sleeves’ experience in translating, directing, and implementing technology into practical solutions has helped dozens of major companies. Yet for every choice, George knows that each answer relies on compassion as much as numbers or data.

  • Kathryn Grant - Secretary

    Dr. Grant is on faculty in the Psychology Department at DePaul University. She studies stress effects on adolescent development and looks for individual, interpersonal, and community resources that protect against negative (and promote positive) academic, behavioral, emotional, and social outcomes for young people. Dr. Grant received her Ph.D. from the University of Vermont and completed her clinical internship at Stroger Hospital in Chicago.

    Experienced award-winning technologist and digital executive with proven expertise in digital product portfolio and streaming media platforms. An innovator with digital advertising, product strategy, and management proficiencies across a variety of platforms, combining technological skills with creative techniques. Over 15 years of experience in digital advertising, product strategy, and management across all platforms.

  • Dr. Stephen Scott - Vice President

    Dr. Scott chose to specialize in pediatric/adolescent gynecology to serve patients who may not otherwise have a voice in their reproductive health. He helps patients and their families to maximize their health and life. He’s also developed an integrated model of care that balances proactive/preventive primary care with specialty interventions. Dr. Scott received his undergraduate degree from the UMKC (Missouri), his medical degree from the UMKC School of Medicine, and his residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago Program, Obstetrics, and Gynecology.

  • Wesley Brown - Board Member

    Wesley Brown is the Director of Development at the Vecino Group Atlanta office. Prior to joining Vecino, he was Director of Planning & Capital Projects for Central Atlanta Progress, a nonprofit community development organization that provides services and economic growth for the city. Wesley holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from North Carolina State and a Masters of Urban Design from Georgia Tech and is an active board member of the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition.

  • Jamie Thomas - Board Member

    Jamie is the Director of Property for Green Circle Projects, focusing on real estate assets in NW Arkansas and SW Missouri. From managing a multimillion-dollar housing portfolios to founding a property management firm, Jamie is a results-oriented manager who is well-versed in complex operations and diverse teams. Prior to Green Circle, Jamie co-founded ENTRUST Property Solutions in 2016. After growing the portfolio ten-fold, she then established Prosperiti Properties and Prosperiti Partners, focusing on single-family and multi-family homes. Jamie has also received recognition for her advocacy toward raising awareness for both multiple sclerosis and affordable housing.

  • Heather Bradley-Geary - Volunteer

    Heather is the Director of Supportive Housing for the Vecino Group, where she’s helped develop 30 supportive housing communities in 14 states. Prior to Vecino, she worked at the Missouri Housing Development Commission where she created the Community Initiatives Department, overseeing $20 million in homeless funds. In addition, Heather is an adjunct Professor in the Social Welfare program at the University of Kansas; serves as the Vice-President of the National Association of Social Workers; as a Chairperson of SAVE, Inc.; and serves on the Johnson County, KS Housing and Community Development Committee.

  • George P. Tracy Sr. - Volunteer

    A U.S. Naval Academy graduate (1963) and US Lacrosse Hall of Famer, George served four Vietnam tours. In 1970 George began his successful information technology (IT) career, consulting with industry and government clients in the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. Advocating for veterans, George joined MOAS in 2009. Since 2008, George has teamed with his wife, Kay, on family court cases as a volunteer Guardians Ad Litem (GALs) representing and shepherding over 24 children in 13 cases.
